Grape pomace is what remains at the end of the winemaking process, this is usually discarded and often left to decay in the ground. Grape flour is made from the grape pomace, which has been ground into a fine powder to the texture of wheat flour. It is rich in nutritional properties due to the high concentrations of polyphenols, fibres and minerals. 

To make the prebiotic sugarcane fibre fresh cane is washed to remove the sugar and ground under little heat to capture all the goodness.  It is an insoluble fibre that contains micronutrients and antioxidants.
